About The Team
The AZ HR team serves as a strategic partner across Lucid’s Arizona operations, encompassing AMP-1 (Advanced Manufacturing Plant) in Casa Grande, the manufacturing facilities in Coolidge, the Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in Tempe, and the Regional Hub in Phoenix. We work closely with leaders at every site to deliver integrated people strategies that drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. Our focus spans workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and proactive employee relations, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across all locations in the region to enable high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
About The Role
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior operational leadership across Lucid’s Arizona region, partnering on workforce strategy and organizational capability to enable high-performing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role leads complex employee relations matters, drives key change initiatives, and partners on workforce planning and organization design for multiple sites, including AMP-1 (Advanced Manufacturing Plant), Coolidge, the Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in Tempe, and the Phoenix Hub. The Senior HRBP provides elevated HR expertise and thought leadership while mentoring HR team members and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, scalable, and business-aligned people practices.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience in complex or high-volume operations
- Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness across multi-site or matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive large-scale change initiatives, and advise on strategic workforce matters
- Advanced knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or other high-growth, complex operations preferred
