About the role

Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the world's most advanced fulfillment network. The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You'll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. You will support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of HR experience

  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Pay and benefits

Base salary range: USA, MA, North Reading - 130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually; USA, MA, Westboro - 130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
