About the role

Support advanced datacenter products and AI computing solutions in a dynamic engineering lab. Assemble, build, and install development platforms and datacenter server systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system assembly, disassembly, mechanical and solder rework using lab tools.
  • Conduct hardware and software validation, testing, and debugging activities.
  • Collect and analyze test results; communicate findings to engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot and debug at both system and board level, including use of oscilloscopes.
  • Maintain lab organization, inventory, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to keep systems operational.
  • Manage daily tasks independently, ensuring high accuracy and quality.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and equipment tracking within the lab.
  • Utilize Linux command line, read schematics, and work with ARM/x86/GPU architectures.
  • Work during evening shift hours and be available for overtime or holidays as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in electronics lab/hardware validation environment.
  • Hands-on experience with system bring up, board validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Linux, hardware/software debugging, and reading schematics.
  • Familiarity with datacenter and GPU accelerated systems.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic networking/server maintenance and simple solder rework.
  • Experience with datacenter infrastructure and electronic test equipment.
