• Integrate data and insights across CRM, CCaaS, and marketing apps.

• Orchestrate the right experience for every lead.
• Maximize agent productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with predictive, generative, and agentic AI.
• Knowledge of digital, conversation, and transaction data.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, and real-time alerts.
• Strong integration skills with CRM, CCaaS, and marketing apps.
• Experience activating AI call data across multiple platforms.
• Experience connecting media dollars to revenue.
• Experience orchestrating experiences for leads.
• Experience maximizing agent productivity and performance.

Schedule

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience.
