What You'll Do
- Design compelling marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including catalogs, brochures, advertisements, presentations, packaging, and sales collateral.
- Create engaging graphics and content for websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop product launch materials that support new product introductions and sales initiatives.
- Design retail merchandising materials, product displays, planograms, and point-of-sale assets.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell product and brand stories.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and Business Development to translate technical information into effective marketing communications.
- Support trade shows, customer presentations, promotional campaigns, and special marketing initiatives.
- Manage creative assets within HubSpot to support lead generation and marketing automation efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications.
- Produce and edit photography and video content when needed.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both print and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Expert-level PowerPoint design and presentation development skills.
- Experience creating marketing materials for product launches, sales enablement, retail merchandising, and trade shows.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred.
- Videography and video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or technical product organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
