Sr. Global Merchandiser
About the role
The Senior Global Merchandiser, Retail at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for developing and driving the global merchandising strategy for the Crocs digital channels. This role partners with regional and cross-functional teams to build consumer-focused assortments, drive global alignment, and optimize business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global merchandising strategy and assortment architecture for digital channels.
- Drive alignment across regions to ensure consistent execution of the global merchandising vision.
- Own recommendations on assortment productivity, style segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Analyze consumer, marketplace, and business trends to identify growth opportunities and inform seasonal strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing, Design, Category Management and Regional Merchandising to deliver commercial product assortments.
- Influence go-to-market decisions through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
- Champion merchandising tools, processes, and guidelines that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Present recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and key collaborators.
- Mentor and support the development of junior merchandising team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive merchandising, product merchandising, retail, or related experience; footwear experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and carry out merchandising strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical, financial, and assortment planning skills.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional collaborators in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

- Experience with consumer insights, market trends, and business analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, with pay offered varying based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
Schedule
This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona and operates under a flexible schedule with in-office requirements varying by persona. The role is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, flexible paid time off, employee assistance program, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary benefits.
