About the role

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the forecasting process, measuring and improving forecast accuracy metrics season-over-season/year-over-year
  • Partner with Global Finance on the seasonal financial targeting process and collaborate with Global Product Line Managers to reconcile a global, omni-channel forecast
  • Conduct operational reviews with Global Product Line Managers, Global Finance, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and key business leaders or executive leadership
  • Facilitate analysis for the long-range forecasting process to improve supply chain and manufacturing planning
  • Provide analysis related to seasonal hind-sighting, product line architecture strategy, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and assortment optimization, informing decisions related to product and supply chain execution
  • Support the product line plan development process through style productivity and historical performance analysis
  • Drive global inventory efficiency through inventory target setting, driving product carryover decisions, balancing demand and supply, and improving flow and lead times
  • Ensure sufficient end-to-end capacity, improve forecast accuracy, and execute to the plan to ensure global fulfillment to the marketplace
  • Participate and lead internal and cross-functional business process and analytics continuous improvement efforts and/or projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or other applicable discipline required, MBA desirable
  • Required 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise and/or global planning, forecasting, supply chain, analytics, and/or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of the concepts and theories of the function
  • Broad understanding of the apparel/footwear industry and the global marketplace
  • Strong forecasting skills, preferably with Blue Yonder and/or other statistical forecasting applications
  • Strong experience analyzing data through Business Intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau experience preferred)
  • High proficiency, advanced Microsoft Excel, and intermediate experience using other Microsoft suite applications
