Sr Fullstack Shopify Developer

About the role

BKX Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr Shopify Developer to join our remote team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining e-commerce solutions using Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify themes and apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
• Ensure high performance and scalability of Shopify stores
• Implement security measures to protect customer data
• Stay updated with the latest Shopify features and best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Shopify development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with Shopify API and GraphQL
• Familiarity with SEO and mobile optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL databases
