Sr. Full Stack Engineer (SaaS Applications)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features across web applications
• Take ownership of features from technical direction to production health
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and establish best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements
• Promote Agile methodologies, including TDD and CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web application design, development, and implementation
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience
• 2+ years working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated solutions
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to AI/ML tools and principles

Pay

$106,500 – $159,800 annually
