Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to various marketing tools
• Develop the orchestration layer managing multi-agent pipelines and error recovery
• Design intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users
• Create production tools for asset generation and content publishing workflows
• Build performance analytics infrastructure for monitoring campaign success
• Deploy custom AI agents and workflows integrating with enterprise systems
• Ensure reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and performance optimization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience building production web applications with React or equivalent tools
• Proven track record with LLM/AI APIs, demonstrating scalability and reliability
• Experience designing and deploying AI agent workflows that yield operational improvements
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms and API architecture
• Integration experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and enterprise tools
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Pay

$140,000 – $215,000 annually
