Sr Full Stack Developer with AI

About the role

We are seeking a senior developer with deep expertise in React JS, React Native, AI/ML, and Agentic AI. The role involves designing and implementing generative AI applications on AWS, building secure and scalable AI workflows, and delivering high‑quality front‑end solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a complete front‑end application using React JS/NextJS and React Native.
• Coordinate with back‑end developers to build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with UX designers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related services.
• Develop retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) solutions that leverage enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate MCP‑based tools and services to extend model capabilities and connect to enterprise systems.
• Manage context windows, memory strategies, prompt composition, and grounding techniques.
• Evaluate model outputs for quality, safety, relevance, and factual accuracy.
• Optimize latency, cost, and token usage across AI workloads.
• Create reusable prompts, agent patterns, and orchestration components.
• Support deployment, monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement of Gen AI systems.
• Ensure responsive UI design across multiple viewports and maintain ADA‑compliant HTML.
• Perform performance tuning of UI applications and implement SEO‑optimized code.
• Utilize testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on development experience with React JS, NextJS, and NodeJS.
• Extensive experience in React Native mobile app development, including Redux, Jest, Axios, and Expo.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS5, and cross‑browser compatible coding.
• Proficiency in at least one native mobile platform (iOS or Android) and SDK integrations.
• Knowledge of CDN (CloudFront), CMS (AEM), and AWS EKS.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML, Agentic AI, and Python.
• Experience designing and implementing generative AI applications on AWS (Bedrock and related services).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and RESTful service integration.
• Understanding of foundation models, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and building responsive UI designs.
• Ability to write ADA‑compliant HTML and SEO‑optimized code.

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year
