Sr. Frontend Engineer, Mobile Ownership Experience

What You'll Do

• Design, code, debug and own features from concept to release for the Tesla mobile application and Robotaxi.
• Work closely with design, vehicle, product and backend teams to create seamless interactions for users.
• Own the full development lifecycle of mobile features including requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Continuously improve app performance, usability, and customer delight.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, proof of exceptional skills in related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Proficient in React Native, React, JavaScript and Node.
• Experience in Node.js, Express, TypeScript.
• A working knowledge of Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and Fuze.
• An excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, good at solving complex technical problems.
• Experience using common design patterns and high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Expected Compensation

$168,000 - $396,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
