About the Opportunity

The Sr Front End Developer plays a critical role in designing and developing a modern web application using React, TypeScript, and related technologies. Working with minimal supervision, this position leads complex development projects, provides technical guidance, and collaborates across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences. The role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the application’s functionality and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Arcitect, develop, test, and deploy production-ready features for modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional engineering partners, software architects, business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and corporate stakeholders
• Participate directly in application architecture design, technical planning sessions, and system scalability mapping
• Translate complex, high-level business requirements into clean, scalable, and highly maintainable software codebases
• Adhere to strict software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, including Git source control workflows and comprehensive peer code reviews
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and urgent production support issues
• Author, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and onboarding guides
• Enforce alignment with organizational coding standards, client data security policies, and modern accessibility guidelines
• Drive continuous engineering improvement by evaluating, prototyping, and integrating modern development frameworks and engineering practices
• Execute specialized development initiatives and custom technical workflows as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on production experience building complex interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), semantic HTML5, responsive CSS3, and mobile-first layout strategies
• Strong operational familiarity with Material UI (MUI) or similar design systems and component libraries
• Proficient with modern front-end build tooling pipelines and workflows, specifically Vite, npm, and Git version control
• Solid experience consuming, handling, and optimizing data from RESTful APIs and backend services
• Deep understanding of intricate form management, client-side input validations, and complex user input workflows
• Thorough knowledge of client-side state management patterns and handling asynchronous data synchronization
• Fundational experience working within full SDLC frameworks, including automated testing protocols and peer-driven review cycles
• Proven ability to thrive and collaborate efficiently within fast-paced Agile/Scrum engineering environments
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills for resolving complex front-end architectural issues
• Strong multitasking abilities with the discipline to manage shifting priorities and adapt to changing operational demands
• Highly self-motivated professional capable of driving technical tasks independently with minimal direct oversight
• Strong attention to structural detail and an unyielding commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect user experiences
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills tailored for technical team collaboration and stakeholder alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leveraging TanStack ecosystems (such as TanStack Query) and React Hook Form for state and validation optimization
• Familiarity with localization (l10n) and internationalization (i18n) frameworks for multi-region software deployments
• Experience engineering data-intensive applications, handling large data tables, and designing advanced UX patterns
• Proven track record optimizing front-end architecture, reducing bundle sizes, and configuring server-side integrations
• Exposure to building or integrating AI capabilities and conversational features utilizing large language model (LLM) APIs

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target baseline salary framework is $97,000.00 to $125,000.00 USD annually. Final base salary placement within this structured engineering tier is determined dynamically based upon the candidate's specialized React architecture depth, technical evaluation outcomes, and localized market parameters.
