Sr. FPGA Verification Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking a Senior FPGA Verification Engineer to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Own the FPGA integration and test environment for airborne products
• Develop DO-254 compliant processes for peer review and testing
• Perform qualification of design and verification tools
• Create strategies for efficient product verification
• Manage timing analysis and continuous integration for FPGA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience
• Professional knowledge of FPGA design using industry-standard tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay

$215,000 – $300,000 annually
