We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove "Watch Our Story:" link? That's maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link to story; maybe not essential but could be considered part of About the role? It's a promotional link. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Watch Our Story:" link is not exactly those categories, but it's promotional. Might keep as part of About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about culture etc. We'll keep that as About the role. We need to identify sections: - About the role: The initial paragraphs describing HDR culture, mission, role description. Could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "In the role of a Senior Building Code & Life Safety Specialist, we'll count on you to:" includes many duties. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: There's "Preferred Qualifications" and "Required Qualifications". Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We have separate sections for Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide mapping. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But we have both. We'll put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications (or Skills?). Also there is "Skills" section: maybe list computer skills, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, ability to lead designs, etc. Also "Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office" and "Ability to lead designs specific to area of expertise". Also "Advanced Levels of NFPA, ICC Certifications or other specialized credentials". That could be Qualifications. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should NOT create Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. - Schedule: The posting includes "Schedule:Full-time". That's specific content. So we should include a Schedule section with that info. Also there is "Primary Location:United States-Texas-Austin Other Locations:..." That's location info. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as a paragraph. We must not create headings with filler text. So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: We'll include the introductory paragraphs about HDR culture, mission, role description, location maybe. Responsibilities: list of duties from "In the role of a Senior Building Code & Life Safety Specialist, we'll count on you to:" through the list ending with "Perform other duties as needed". We'll capture each duty as
  • . Requirements: Required Qualifications: "Associate degree in a closely related field or a High School diploma with a combination of education and relevant experience", "Advanced Levels of NFPA, ICC Certifications or other specialized credentials related to the field of Fire & Life Safety", "Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office", "Ability to lead designs specific to area of expertise", "An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must". Also maybe "Preferred Qualifications" are not required but we could put them under Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: "A minimum of 15 years Building Code & Life Safety design experience in systems design or regulatory enforcement", "A minimum of five (5) years working in a Building Department or Fire Marshal’s Office", "Detailed understanding of the role of a Municipality’s Building Department, specifically in the role of plan reviews, issuing permits and completing inspections." Skills: Could include "Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office", "Ability to lead designs specific to area of expertise", maybe also "Advanced Levels of NFPA, ICC Certifications". But those already in Requirements/Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put computer skills and leadership ability under Skills, and keep certifications under Qualifications. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay if it's already present elsewhere? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but we should not lose info. We can keep them in appropriate sections. Better: Put Required Qualifications under Requirements (degree, certifications, computer skills, leadership attitude, employee-owned culture). Put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications (years experience, building dept experience, municipality understanding). Put Skills maybe separate: "Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office", "Ability to lead designs specific to area of expertise". But those are already in Requirements; we could move them to Skills to avoid duplication. However then we would lose them from Requirements if we move. But we can keep them in both sections; it's okay. But we must not create sections with filler text. All sections will have real content. Schedule: "Full-time". Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for headings. Use
    • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not include the job title as heading. So no

Senior Building Code & Life Safety Specialist

. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, link to equal opportunity, also the "At HDR, we are committed to the principles of employment equity..." etc. Remove that. Also remove the "Watch Our Story:" link? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a promotional link; maybe keep as part of About the role? It's a link to story; could be considered navigation? It's a link to external site; maybe we keep as part of About the role as it's descriptive. But it's a URL; we could keep as plain text or as . The instruction didn't forbid links. We'll keep it as plain text or as . Safer to keep as plain text. We also need to remove duplicated lines: There's duplication: "Develop non-routine and complex Life Safety designs for facilities in compliance with the International Code Council (ICC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards" and later "Develop non-routine and complex Life Safety design for facilities such as occupancy calculations, travel distances, code compliance drawings, passive fire protection systems, in compliance with the International Building & Fire codes and other Standards". Slightly different but similar. We'll keep both as separate list items. Now craft HTML. Structure:
