Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors in creating customized financial plans
- Organize and summarize client financial documentation and asset allocation
- Review and summarize details related to client insurance, estate plans, and tax returns
- Create financial planning reports and analyses using various planning tools
- Communicate with clients and advisors to gather necessary information
- Identify opportunities for recommendations in collaboration with the Financial Advisor
- Participate in training and mentoring of new team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services
- Demonstrated expertise in complex financial planning areas like real estate and advanced tax strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Salesforce
- Experience with financial planning software like MoneyGuide Pro and eMoney
- CFP certification required; other designations like CPA, EA, JD, or MBA preferred
