Sr. Financial Analyst, Treasury

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Finance Analyst with a focus on Treasury to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to build, improve, and scale financial processes in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting liquidity planning, financial visibility, and operational decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to make things happen. This position reports to the Vice President of Treasury & Tax , and is based out of our Irvine office. As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will have an opportunity to: Support daily cash tracking, forecasting, and liquidity planningMonitor cash activity and help optimize working capitalAssist in managing banking relationships and account structuresEnsure accuracy and timeliness of cash reportingBuild and maintain cash flow forecasts (short-term and long-term)Develop and track KPIs related to liquidity, working capital, and operational performanceAnalyze variances and provide clear, actionable insightsSupport recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadershipHelp build scalable financial models, reports, and processes from the ground upIdentify inefficiencies and drive improvements across workflowsPartner cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and operationsLeverage Excel and financial tools to automate and improve reportingSupport enhancements to financial systems and data processesMaintain well-organized, auditable models and datasets You Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4 years’ experience in FP&AAdvanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organizedArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacityExcellent analytical skills, experience managing large data quantities from multiple sourcesAbility to think and act strategically and develop operation and strategic plansComprehensive business understanding of processes and structureAbility to operate cross-functionally with strong understanding of external business drivers You Might Have Experience with ERP or Finanicial Systems (NetSuite, Oracle)Understanding of financial statement and cash flow dynamics.Exposure to cash flow forecasting or treasury related work. Pay Range Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
