Sr. Financial Analyst Manufacturing

Job Requirements

• Prepare consolidation of monthly P&L vs. plan/LBE/ PY, including volume, manufacturing cost, financial bridges, and historical trends
• Implementation of operational KPIs with accurate validation on a weekly and monthly basis
• Provide in-depth analysis on variances and trends for key operational performance drivers (e.g. production tonnage, scrap, utilization rate)
• Proactively communicate and partner with the operations team
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing ongoing financial and operational metrics
• Perform costing activities for new products and BOM revisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis focused roles
• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in finance related roles supporting manufacturing
