Sr. Financial Analyst, CACF FP&A, North America Operations Capex, Analytics & Planning (CAP) Finance

You’ll employ data consolidation, automation and process improvement initiatives to ensure your partners and leaders have the most up to date, reliable information, working collaboratively to make the best possible financial decisions. Responsibilities
Leading the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
Deep-diving variances vs. plan to understand changes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement.
Leading cross-functional projects involving finance and tech teams.
Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics. This involves ownership of project ideation, pilot implementation, stakeholder management, and ultimately expansion.
Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps
Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Qualifications
3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
MBA, or CPA
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Skills

Base salary range for this position is listed below. USA, NY, New York - 73,600.00 - 128,800.00 USD annually
USA, TN, Nashville - 60,200.00 - 105,400.00 USD annually
USA, TX, Irving - 66,900.00 - 117,100.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Bellevue - 82,700.00 - 117,100.00 USD annually
