- Own program-level financial planning and execution, including OP2 inputs, monthly R&O reviews, in-year reforecasting, and leadership reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear decision support.
- Evaluate large-scale partner investments and initiatives by building and maintaining financial models that assess revenue, margin, and ROI at the program and portfolio level, and surface risks, tradeoffs, and optimization opportunities.
- Design, maintain, and improve rhythm-of-the-business mechanisms that track progress to goals, monitor investment performance, and deliver actionable KPIs and insights to senior leaders.
- Lead program and project code consolidation in coordination with FP&A and TM1, ensuring clean budget alignment, accurate accruals, and reliable financial reporting.
- Dive deep into variances, trends, and material results to identify underlying business drivers and recommend corrective actions or strategic adjustments.
- Partner with finance technology and operations teams to automate, standardize, and simplify financial processes, improving scalability, accuracy, and speed of execution.
