Sr Financial Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Sr. Analyst to join the Operations Finance team, supporting senior leaders in data analytics, financial reporting, and forecasting processes. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for data analytics and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, innovative global FP&A function. On-site presence is required at our Pittsburgh, PA location (300 Industry Drive), and relocation assistance is not provided at this time.
Responsibilities
- Lead closing activities and ensure accurate reporting in the monthly closing process.
- Perform analysis of consolidated financial views and build key summary reports for the senior management team.
- Enhance financial reporting knowledge across the site.
- Review monthly revenue, spending details, and headcount to identify key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
- Support preparation of the annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR).
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide support to the CAPEX process, including return on investment analysis.
- Lead SOX/Statutory Audits.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3-5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field.
- Prior experience within FP&A or Controlling.
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required; experience with Oracle, HFM/CMR, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team-building skills and the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

Pay
The estimated salary range for this position in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$140,675.00. This role may also be eligible for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.
