Sr. Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models that support planning, performance analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership, including analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow results.
• Consolidate actual financial results and incorporate them into reporting tools and forecasting models.
• Partner with accounting and analytics stakeholders to connect financial data with broader business performance insights.
• Produce pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis to help guide commercial decisions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering inputs, validating data, and highlighting key trends and variances.
• Fulfill bank and lender reporting needs with accurate, timely financial information.
• Contribute to reporting enhancements, integration-related analysis, and process improvement efforts across finance functions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Ability to work across accounting, finance, and data-focused teams to solve business problems.
• Experience preparing materials and analysis for senior leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Experience with ERP platforms or enterprise financial systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, modeling, and variance interpretation within a corporate finance or accounting environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to organize, manipulate, and evaluate large volumes of data.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and the ability to translate results into meaningful business insights.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
