Sr. Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and processes to report KPIs to operations/management to help accomplish business strategies.
• Analyze and prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets across multiple lines of business and locations.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, including actual-to-forecast variance, trend variances, gross-margin review of third-party and intercompany sales, and operating-margin review including other costs of sales.
• Coordinate and oversee accurate revenue recognition through percentage-of-completion (POC).
• Identify and implement process improvements in finance and operations organizations.
• Assist with both internal and external annual audits.
• Ensure integrity of internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Business Intelligence competency (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with Power Query, Alteryx, Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle experience is a plus.
• CMA, MBA, or CPA certification is a plus.
