About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide consistent financial support for strategic projects across Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) with approximately $0.7 billion in flight, from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Drive month-end close activities by managing WBS and cost centers, executing expense reclassifications, consolidating financial results, and ensuring accurate Planisware and SAP reconciliations.
- Influence strategic decision-making by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights, evaluate business cases, validate savings opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through rigorous reporting, forecasting, and analysis, while implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain clear financial governance by developing standardized documentation, strengthening controls, and ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.
- Lead financial planning activities by supporting annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization processes across key initiatives.
- Develop and deliver actionable financial analyses, executive-level presentations, and ad hoc reporting that enable leaders to make informed business decisions and drive project success.
- Build trusted partnerships with project managers and operational leaders to ensure predictable project performance, transparent financial reporting, and achievement of strategic objectives.
- Monitor and communicate project financial performance across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, proactively identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to optimize results.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications): 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications): Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly across all organizational levels; Thrives in dynamic environments by navigating ambiguity, leading through change, and driving alignment across diverse teams; Proven track record of implementing process improvements, increasing organizational visibility, and delivering measurable business impact; Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations; Experience supporting operational and manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of operational finance drivers and performance metrics; Ability to effectively influence and deliver results within complex, matrixed organizations; Hands-on experience utilizing SAP, OneStream, Planisware, and other financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and business insights; Robust foundation in GAAP, financial planning and analysis, and business management principles; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop executive-ready analyses and presentations.
