Sr. Financial Analyst
Key Accountabilities
Lead the annual administrative cost allocation process, engage with department leads to ensure proper inputs and align enterprise goals with cost center allocations, ensuring it is realistic and achievable.
Analyze allocation impacts and clearly communicate results to stakeholders, addressing questions and driving understanding.
Provide clear, actionable insights on cost drivers, trends, and risks; proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Actively manage financial risks and opportunities monthly in collaboration with other departments to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance or accounting or equivalent experience
- 7 years of work experience beyond degree in progressively more responsible finance roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with administrative cost allocations and/or labor financial models
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with proven experience building complex financial models to support decision making
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance executive stakeholders through written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions
- Ability to act in a trusted advisory role, operating as a finance partner for business leaders
Pay
The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
