Sr. Financial Analyst

Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Cedar Rapids, IA three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) with remote work on Monday and Friday. Initial 1-year contract with possibility of extension.

About the role

Provide financial reporting and analysis support across the Financial Reporting organization to ensure adequate resourcing for U.S. GAAP dry runs, financial statements, and business-as-usual activities.

Responsibilities

• Support IFRS quarterly close and financial analysis
• Prepare management reporting and perform variance analysis
• Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives and special financial reporting projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with dry runs, financial statements, and business-as-usual accounting processes
• Experience supporting IFRS quarterly and yearly close activities and quarterly reporting cycles
• Ability to analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and deliver management reporting
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and support enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and special projects
