Sr. Financial Accountant

Job Details Description Why this role matters As a Senior Accountant, you’ll help ensure our financial reporting is accurate, complete, and compliant—supporting clear decision-making across the business. You’ll prepare and review key financial statements and collaborate with teams across the organization to keep accounting activity organized and audit-ready. What you’ll do Compile, analyze, and maintain accounting activity to ensure proper retention of account entry recordsPrepare core financial reports and documents, including:Balance sheetsProfit & loss statementsOther reporting that reflects the Company’s financial positionReview financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and complianceCoordinate accounting matters with various departments to resolve questions and support reporting needsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct managerFollow company policies, procedures, and support our mission, vision, values, and standards of ethicsMaintain daily attendance to ensure all duties are completed timely What success looks like Financial statements are prepared on schedule and free of errorsDocumentation is organized, traceable, and retained appropriatelyIssues are identified early and resolved proactively with business partnersStakeholders trust the numbers and the story behind them What we’re looking for Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparationDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable reviewing work for accuracy/complianceAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly #corp
