Job Description As part of Bose's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, the Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain FP&A will provide financial leadership and decision support across Bose's global Supply Chain organization and business units. The role partners across Procurement, Manufacturing Operations & Quality, Logistics & Transportation, Supply Planning, and Customer Service to connect operational decisions and performance to their financial impact. In this role, you will own FP&A for Global Supply Chain across Bose's business units, including the consolidated Supply Chain P&L, planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support. You will serve as a senior finance partner to Supply Chain leadership and lead and develop a small team of Financial Analysts, ensuring high-quality insights and support across the organization. You will bring together financial and operational perspectives to identify performance drivers, challenge assumptions, and translate complex information into clear recommendations and actions. Success requires balancing near-term execution with longer-term decisions across cost, service, quality, inventory, and overall business performance.
