Senior Finance Associate, FP& ABoston - Hybrid: 3 days in office Responsibilities:• Drive the annual budgeting process and maintain regular forecasting updates to reflect business performance and changing priorities.• Build financial models and forward-looking analyses that support strategic planning and long-term outlook development.• Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and trend evaluations for senior leaders and key stakeholders.• Work closely with cross-functional partners to compare actual results against plans and improve financial alignment across the organization.• Conduct variance reviews to identify underlying drivers, explain performance shifts, and highlight areas requiring attention.• Assist with journal entry support and contribute to special projects that require financial evaluation and recommendations.• Analyze financial data to uncover risks, surface opportunities, and support informed decision-making across the business.
