Sr Field Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage the P&L for a national portfolio
  • Develop and implement site specific processes within the Honeywell framework for all business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience managing a diverse workforce across multiple locations

About the Role

The role reports directly to the General Manager and operates on a Hybrid work schedule.
