Key job responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage C-suite and decision makers, across enterprise accounts, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few Account Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaboratively create Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, Executive Dinners
- Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across client, trade and association publications, etc.
- Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
A day in the life
The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, and work hand-in-hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact.
About the team
You will join the field marketing team. Field marketing coordinates all marketing activities across partner marketing, sales, and product teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
