Sr. Field IT Technician

About the role
As a Client Field/Computer Technician, you will be assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the Las Vegas metro area. Assignments include repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards, as well as performing whole unit swaps and repairing or replacing PC peripherals. You must have reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas. You will close service tickets in real time using the client’s call management system via a company-provided phone.
Responsibilities
- Repair laptops and desktops in the field, including component-level replacements (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).
- Perform whole-unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
- Travel to client sites within the metro and surrounding areas using reliable transportation.
- Close service tickets in real time in the client’s call management system.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
- Computer-building background experience preferred.
- General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including basic Microsoft applications.
- Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.
- Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
- Police or criminal background verification clearance may be required.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Onsite in Las Vegas, NV (89109).
Pay
$28.78/hour.
