Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical trials
- Train physicians and hospital staff on medical device usage
- Provide clinical and technical support to key study investigators
- Partner with colleagues to ensure study start-up and data collection
- Maintain relationships with site investigators and research staff
- Collaborate on study awareness materials and tracking recruitment plans
- Execute other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years in a related field with 3+ years supporting interventional or surgical procedures
- Experience in device pre- and/or post-market clinical studies, including IDE trials
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Ability to achieve and maintain hospital credentials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
