SR. Field Clinical Engineer - Shockwave Medical

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical trials
  • Train physicians and hospital staff on medical device usage
  • Provide clinical and technical support to key study investigators
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure study start-up and data collection
  • Maintain relationships with site investigators and research staff
  • Collaborate on study awareness materials and tracking recruitment plans
  • Execute other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in a related field with 3+ years supporting interventional or surgical procedures
  • Experience in device pre- and/or post-market clinical studies, including IDE trials
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Ability to achieve and maintain hospital credentials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Compensation

$106,000 – $170,200 annually
