Sr. (Federal) Tax Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a tax attorney to join our robust tax team at a well-established and growing, multi-office, regional, full-service law firm. The ideal candidate will provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other complex transactions. They will also counsel clients on entity formation, pass-through taxation and multistate tax issues, collaborating with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Qualifications

• A JD is required
• LLM in Taxation is preferred
• Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or Pennsylvania
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal
