Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Facilities Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancements of the client’s site facilities, ensuring adherence to operational performance standards, regulatory compliance, and a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and occupants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent, professional on-site presence to oversee facility operations, address immediate maintenance needs, and ensure smooth workplace functionality.
- Work autonomously, manage priorities, and take initiative with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure efficient facility operations while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Provide general facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office/facility, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Respond to facility inquiries and grievances, assess problems, and take corrective action; coordinate with outside contractors for equipment service and repairs.
- Follow building-specific maintenance and safety protocols, maintain communication with contractors, clients, and the facilities management team, and assist with site inspections.
- Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment; communicate with the Engineering team to resolve issues and provide project status updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations regarding facilities management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and project updates.
- Support facility improvement projects, office moves, and space planning initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Ensure vendors comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Create, assign, and report on work orders; verify final invoice pricing and submit to finance for timely payment processing.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and adherence to service level agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with authorized vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in budget planning, tracking expenses, monitoring costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting variances.
- Enter and manage facilities-related tickets in the work ticket system, ensuring timely resolution and efficient tracking of maintenance requests, repairs, and service needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in navigating the work ticket system, streamlining operations, and ensuring proper documentation of service requests.
- Order and manage facility supplies and materials from authorized vendors, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Qualifications

Pay
$28.90 - $34.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
