Responsible for estimating project costs and providing cost analysis for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs accurately using industry standards and best practices.
• Provide detailed cost analysis to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure project budgets are met.
• Stay updated with market trends and pricing data to provide competitive estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
