Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business - act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and corporate stakeholders on all ERP-related initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Drive process alignment, standardization, and adoption of best practices
- Own & Support the ERP Platform - manage the ERP landscape (Navision 2017, transitioning to Business Central; Sightline, Visual, Sage)
- Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high system availability
- Configure and enhance ERP functionality, including development in C/AL (Navision 2017)
- Support integrations and evolution toward AL in Business Central
- Drive Projects & Enhancements - lead ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and break/fix improvements
- Manage and prioritize the ERP support queue and feature requests
- Provide clear communication and reporting on priorities, status, and outcomes
- Lead ERP Transformation - play a key role in consolidating multiple ERP systems into a single Business Unit platform
- Support data mapping, process alignment, and change management efforts
- Contribute to long-term planning for SAP S/4HANA migration
- Improve & Innovate - identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption to drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and system usage
Requirements
- 10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understanding
- Experience with Navision (C/AL) required; Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferred
- Proven success in a customer-facing role partnering with business stakeholders
- Leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation efforts
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations)
- Able to balance support, development, and project delivery
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
