Sr. Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment, as well as assisting with asset management.
• Create and maintain machine spare parts.
• Provide training to technicians and operators on SMT machines.
• Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.
• Provide engineering support to production lines.
• Cook up coordination facilities work with the division.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the equivalent job experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years SMT manufacturing experience.
• Skills: Academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks. Computer literate. Strong communication skills. Lead teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive efficiency in SMT production.
