Sr. Epic Certified Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a contract to hire IT specialty analyst with extensive experience in areas such as RTE, Referrals, Referral Triage, EMPA, Decision trees, Guided scheduling, and follow-up orders. The ideal candidate should be Prelude and Cadence certified, with preferred certifications in Referral and RTE, and a badge in eMPA.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction
- Trains and supports users in the use of healthcare information systems
- Assists in the development and maintenance of healthcare information systems documentation
- Participates in system testing and validation activities
- Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users
Requirements
- Prelude and Cadence certification
- Preferred certifications in Referral and RTE
- Badge in eMPA
- Epic, Ambulatory, Epic certified, Build, Cadence, Resolute hospital billing experience

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
