About the role

Manage environmental compliance related tasks, programs and plans
Inspect facilities, based on requirements, track date of audit, follow up and corrective action.
Responsible for maintaining Intellex Program and producing monthly updates.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain environmental compliance, including permits, licenses, applications and records to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Identify compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding production, quality and work problems as appropriate.
  • Conduct compliance inspections, determine the nature of code violations and actions to be taken, develop corrective course of action.
  • Update Intellex Program.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers related to environmental projects, processes audits and compliance.
  • Offer compliance training to internal customers, offer guidance and support to improve competency and commitment.
  • Ensure policies and procedures for the general operation of the business unit's compliance programs.

Requirements

  • BS in Environmental Science or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Knowledge of 40CFR, Wastewater license, and federal, state and local regulatory requirements
