Sr Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support enterprise decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to strengthen reporting capabilities, improve data visualization standards, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions. The position also plays an important part in maintaining governance practices and mentoring others on dashboard design and visualization best practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design engaging dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI
• Transform complex business inquiries into actionable data stories
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define reporting requirements
• Promote and uphold enterprise data visualization standards and governance practices
• Administer Tableau and Power BI environments with a focus on best practices
• Mentor fellow analysts on dashboard design and visualization techniques
• Continuously evaluate emerging trends and tools to enhance reporting capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Experience with SQL and enterprise business intelligence environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$128,900 – $157,500 annually
