About the role
EPS is seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Program Manager to join EPS Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Lead project development from inception to deployment
- Manage and control funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
- Manage multiple complex projects, providing technical direction to project personnel
- Demonstrate responsibility for all aspects of performance and overall direction of all project activities and personnel
- Interface effectively with customers
- Show technical experience with complex hardware or software programs, including RDT&E, prototyping, and/or communication systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
- Ten (10) years of senior leadership and management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs
Qualifications
- Experience leading project development from inception to deployment
- Expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
- Experience managing multiple complex projects, providing technical direction to project personnel
- Responsibility for all aspects of performance and overall direction of all project activities and personnel
- Effective customer interfacing skills
- Technical experience with complex hardware or software programs, including RDT&E, prototyping, and/or communication systems
