About the role

Leads hands-on innovation for medical devices, focusing on early-stage concept generation, feasibility, and translational research. Responsible for inventing and developing novel technologies and advancing them toward product development within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years in medical device R&D preferred.
• Experience in innovation and regulated environments.

Skills

• Strong engineering fundamentals and minimally invasive medical device design.
• Prototyping and testing experience (CNC, 3D printing).
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
• CAD design in Solidworks.
