As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will support the operation of cutting-edge GxP manufacturing systems, including Aveva System Platform, Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, DeltaV, Syncade, Apprentice Tempo, and Aveva Pi Historian. Your expertise in automation will ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes as we deliver mRNA therapies to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex issues within our GxP Process Automation Systems, such as DeltaV or Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers.
  • Maintain and sustain a culture of compliance in both solution design and operational execution.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior-level engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with process automation systems.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to occasionally cover off-hours, holidays, and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT networking and OT, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
  • Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and equipment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills and technologies.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $145,900.00 - $234,200.00. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or an equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.

Schedule

This role follows a 70/30 work model, with 70% in-office collaboration to foster innovation, teamwork, and direct mentorship.
