Sr. Engineer, IS and Cyber Security
About the role
The Sr. Engineer, IS and Cyber Security will lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, define standards, evaluate and support the implementation of IAM tools and platforms, and partner with IT and business teams to integrate IAM across systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access
- Define standards and guide implementation of IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO capabilities
- Evaluate and support the implementation of IAM tools and platforms
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate IAM across systems and applications
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and enterprise architecture
- Identify opportunities to improve security, efficiency, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT architecture
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with PAM and/or IGA tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID)
- Background in Active Directory and enterprise authentication technologies
Qualifications
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
