Sr.Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the NOC operations.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to solar and wind energy monitoring systems.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Collaborate with the manager to design and implement system improvements.
• Monitor network performance and recommend optimizations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in NOC operations and monitoring of renewable energy assets.
• In-depth knowledge of solar and wind energy systems.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
