We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description of company, mission, etc. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. We have: - Intro about Lyten (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the paragraph describing the role: "We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Senior Engineer-Anode to join our battery R&D team. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization of stable and high-capacity metal anode formulations (including Lithium-metal and advanced composite metallic chemistries). You will play a pivotal role in engineering stable Solid Electrolyte Interphases (SEI), designing composite architectures, and translating bench-top chemistry into scalable cell designs." That's about the role. Then "Job Responsibilities" list. Then "Required Qualifications" list (including OR statements). Then "Preferred Qualifications". Then "Physical Requirements". Then "Compensations Range" (Pay). Then "Disclosures" (maybe not needed). Then "Export/ITAR Compliance Disclosure" (maybe not needed). Then EEO etc (boilerplate to remove). Then "Why Work at Lyten" etc (maybe "Benefits"? Actually benefits described later: "In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)". That's benefits. Also "Why Work at Lyten" includes mission, culture, etc maybe could be "About the company" but not required headings. We have headings limited to given list. We can include "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to decide what content goes where. We have "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. Likely "Requirements" for required qualifications, "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications? Or maybe "Requirements" for required, "Qualifications" for preferred. We'll do that. Skills: maybe list of technical skills from responsibilities? Could extract from responsibilities: design, synthesize, optimize metal anode formulations, test cells, evaluate Li plating, utilize analytical techniques, collaborate, establish QC, work closely with teams. Could put under Skills. But we already have Responsibilities section for duties. Skills could be separate list of technical proficiencies: e.g., proficiency with alloy/composite synthesis, glovebox, advanced diagnostics (EIS, GITT, CV, SEM, XPS, XRD), etc. However we might avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Skills into Responsibilities or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings only when there is real specific content. We can include Skills if we have content. Let's extract: - Responsibilities: list of duties (design, synthesize, optimize; test coin cells, etc.; evaluate Li plating; utilize analytical techniques; collaborate with process engineers; establish QC; work closely with Electrolyte, Cathode, Cell Design teams). - Requirements: required qualifications (doctorate OR master's + 3 years OR bachelor's +5 years OR equivalent; 3+ years direct experience with metal anode systems; proven proficiency with alloy/composite synthesis in glovebox and advanced diagnostics/characterizations (EIS, GITT, CV, SEM, XPS, XRD, etc.)). - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (experience with scalable thin-foil processing; familiarity with electrolyte development for Li metal anodes; research experience in Li-S battery chemistry; familiarity with SPC, DOE, JMP/databricks data analysis). - Skills: maybe we could list technical skills from responsibilities and qualifications, but could be redundant. Could omit Skills section if we think it's thin. But we have content for Skills: e.g., "Proficient in SEM, XPS, XRD, EIS, GITT, CV; experienced in glovebox and dry room; alloy/composite synthesis; cell testing; DFM; collaboration." Might be okay. - Benefits: list from "In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)". Also maybe "Why Work at Lyten" includes mission etc but that's more about company culture; could be considered Benefits? But we already have Benefits. - Pay: compensation range $128,200 - $192,400. - Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule heading. - About the role: we have introductory paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Disclosures", "Export/ITAR Compliance Disclosure", "EEO Employer/Vet/Disabled", scam warning, etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Now produce HTML fragment:

About the role

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Senior Engineer-Anode to join our battery R&D team. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization of stable and high-capacity metal anode formulations (including Lithium-metal and advanced composite metallic chemistries). You will play a pivotal role in engineering stable Solid Electrolyte Interphases (SEI), designing composite architectures, and translating bench-top chemistry into scalable cell designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, synthesize, and optimize metal anode formulations, and composite architectures to suppress dendrite formation and manage stack pressure/volume expansion.
  • Test coin cells, single-layer pouch cells, and multi-layer pouch cells under strict dry-room/inert-glovebox conditions.
  • Evaluate Li plating and stripping behavior, cycle life, rate performance, and impedance across various operating conditions and N/P ratios.
  • Utilize analytical techniques—including SEM, XPS, XRD, EIS, and post-mortem tear-down analysis—to characterize interface, SEI degradation, and failure modes.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to transition promising lab formulations to scale production.
  • Establish quality control parameters, material specifications, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for pilot-scale manufacturing.
  • Work closely with Electrolyte, Cathode, and Cell Design teams to optimize full-cell performance and safety metrics.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree on a battery topic … OR Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry (electrical), materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and chemical engineering) AND 3+ years of experience in a relevant field … OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry (electrical), materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and chemical engineering) AND 5+ years of experience in a relevant field… OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with metal anode systems (e.g., Li-metal/alloy, Na-metal/alloy, or Zn-metal/alloy), SEI design, surface treatments, or artificial interphase coatings.
  • Proven proficiency with alloy/composite synthesis in glovebox and advanced diagnostics/characterizations (EIS, GITT, CV, SEM, XPS, XRD, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Experience or solid understanding of scalable thin-foil processing.
  • Familiarity with electrolyte development for Li metal anodes.
  • Research experience in Li-S battery chemistry.
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and JMP/databricks data analysis.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEM, XPS, XRD, EIS, GITT, CV; experienced in glovebox and dry‑room environments.
  • Alloy/composite synthesis and metal‑anode formulation expertise.
  • Cell testing (coin, single‑layer pouch, multi‑layer pouch) and electrochemical evaluation.
  • Quality control, material specification, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) development.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with electrolyte, cathode, and cell design teams.

Benefits

  • Tier‑based bonus and equity eligibility.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Corporate discounts.
  • Paid holidays, PTO, and sick time.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Employee relocation plan (if applicable).

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is between $128,200.00 and $192,400.00. The level of pay within the range will depend on location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated content: we have not included company mission etc. That's okay. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "EEO", "Export/ITAR", "Disclosures", "Why Work at Lyten" etc. We omitted those. We kept all substantive info: responsibilities, requirements, preferred qualifications, skills (derived), benefits, pay. Check if any info missing: "Physical Requirements: Be able to work in glovebox and dry room environment: <1.0% Relative Humidity. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds". That's substantive; we should include it somewhere. Could be under Requirements or a separate section like "Physical Requirements". But we don't have a heading for Physical Requirements in allowed list. Could we put under Requirements? Possibly add a bullet under Requirements. Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" already used; we could add a bullet there. Or we could create a new heading "Requirements" already used; we could add bullet there. Or we could create a separate heading "Requirements" and "Qualifications" and maybe "Skills". Physical requirements could be under Requirements as well. Let's add a bullet: "Able to work in glovebox and dry‑room environment (<1.0% relative humidity) and lift up to 40 lb." Also we missed "Be able to work in glovebox and dry room environment: <1.0% Relative Humidity. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds". Add. Also we missed "Compensations Range" details about pay transparency etc. We included pay range and note about factors. We omitted the disclaimer about pay transparency etc. That's boilerplate? It's part of compensation disclosure; maybe we should keep the note about pay transparency? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The pay transparency disclosure might be considered legal boilerplate? It's about compensation; but it's not required to keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The pay transparency disclosure is substantive? It's about compensation policy. Might be considered substantive. However it's somewhat boilerplate but still part of compensation. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Pay transparency is not exactly EEO; it's about compensation. Might be okay to keep. But we already included a
