Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests
- Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs
- Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns
- Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Extensive experience with test equipment, measurement techniques, and processes for hardware verification
- Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Familiarity with formal industry test standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810, or similar
- Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies using tools such as Altium Designer and SPICE
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a leader of a high performing team

Pay
The estimated salary range for this position is $188,000 to $250,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits.
Schedule
This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA. Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.
