About the role

• Be accountable for the management of assigned projects and teams, including performance, profitability, and adding value to multiple projects.
• Perform all work within an established time frame, ensuring conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, and established Company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage schedules, participate in and/or conduct project meetings.
• Manage the project, supervisors, and workers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large ground-up electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects, supervisors, and workers in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
• Experience in the electrical field is a plus.

Pay

$160,000–$200,000 depending on project experience.
