We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. The posting includes summary, essential functions, additional responsibilities, qualifications (competencies, education/experience, special skills, additional notes, physical dimensions, work environment). We need to decide sections. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we should not include those sections. We need About the role: maybe summary? The summary: "Continually improve the Maintenance Process and reduce costs, while complying with all government regulations, applicable codes and standards, including electrical infrastructure, controls, and new designs". That's about the role. Responsibilities: essential functions + additional responsibilities. Requirements: maybe qualifications? But we have Qualifications section heading. Could use Qualifications for education/experience, competencies, special skills, etc. Requirements could be maybe "Education and Experience" but we have Qualifications heading. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we can combine. Better to have Requirements for mandatory qualifications (education/experience) and Qualifications for competencies/skills? However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just Qualifications covering education, experience, competencies, special skills, additional notes. Responsibilities covering essential functions + additional. About the role covering summary. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list each duty as
  • . For qualifications we can list competencies as
  • maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. That's a lot. We need to include all bullet points from essential functions and additional responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We must be careful not to add filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. Summary: "Continually improve the Maintenance Process and reduce costs, while complying with all government regulations, applicable codes and standards, including electrical infrastructure, controls, and new designs" Essential Functions (list): - Lead the development, implementation, and upgrade of the preventive maintenance program for all electrical equipment - Lead in the development, implementation, and upgrade of electrical Infrastructure, including high/ mid and voltage switch gears and breakers, - Lead in the development, implementation, and upgrade of TIMET’s lockout/ Tagout (LOTO) procedures and programs including the high, mid and low voltage. - Integration of the process LOTO with electrical LOTO - Training and peer review of the LOTO - Inputting the LOTO into the TIMET LOTO software - Assure plant-wide compliance with TIMET’s Mechanical/ Electrical Integrity Program. - Maintain associated files and provide monthly reports on activities - Maintain maintenance cost figures and provide monthly cost avoidance reports - Develop and maintain a list of “target” equipment with excessive maintenance costs - Determine the root cause and develop a plan to abate the problem. - Monitor and report progress monthly - Support TIMET’s Computerized Maintenance Management System. - Provide management reports as required - Train TIMET’s maintenance personnel in special maintenance procedures - Lead improvement projects from start to completion - Be able to supervise employees as required - Involvement with the RCM program Additional Responsibilities (list): - Maintenance monthly reports, KPI reporting, developing new PMs , and PDMs - Utilizing the SAP (CMMS) - Facilitating RCM? Actually "Facilitating RCM projects" - Thermo imaging - Writing new PMs for new equipment - Trouble shooting electrical systems - Reporting maintenance costs - Keeping instrumentation calibration records , and repotting (typo maybe "reporting") - Maintaining the CMMS up to date. - Daily maintenance metrics reporting Qualifications section includes Competencies (list): - Analytical - Analyzes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures. - Design - Generates creative solutions; Translates concepts and information into images; Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail. - Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. - Project Management - Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities. - Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others. Education and Experience: - BS - Electrical Engineering or AS - Electrical Engineering with 6 to 10 years' experience. - 10+ years of progressive experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer preferred Special Skills: - Proficient with computer skills - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Be able to fill in as Maintenance Manager when required - Be a team player - Full knowledge of high Voltage, Motor controls - Full knowledge of PLC programming - Full knowledge of Auto cad - Full knowledge of electrical schematic - Full knowledge of high power rectifiers - Full knowledge of DC, And AC circuits, and variable speed drives Additional Notes: - Good working knowledge of Manufacturing Codes and Standards including ASME, ASTM, ANSI, etc. Physical Dimensions (Physical Demands) and Work Environment: These are details but not under standard headings. Could we include them under a section? Not in list of allowed headings. Could we omit? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must include physical demands and work environment somewhere. Since there is no specific heading for them, we could put them under a generic section like "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? But they are not qualifications. Could create a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed headings. The allowed headings list is examples, not strict? It says: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely we should stick to those. Physical demands and work environment could be placed under "Requirements" maybe as part of job requirements. Or we could create a section "Work Environment" but that's not in the list; risk. Better to include under "Requirements" as they are requirements of the job (physical demands, work environment). So we can have a Requirements section with subpoints: Education/Experience, Physical Demands, Work Environment. But we also have Qualifications section for competencies, special skills, etc. Could combine. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's propose: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential functions + additional responsibilities) - Requirements (education/experience, physical demands, work environment) - Qualifications (competencies, special skills, additional notes) We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to format lists. For Responsibilities: combine essential functions and additional responsibilities into one list? Could separate but still under same heading. We'll just make one
with all items. For Requirements: we need sublists? Could have
with items: Education/Experience, Physical Demands, Work Environment. Each could be a
      • containing maybe further details. But we need to preserve details; we can put details inside the
      • as text. Similarly Qualifications: list of competencies, special skills, additional notes. We must not repeat job title. Let's craft. HTML:
